Diabetes can be prevented before its occurrence. But after its occurrence it cannot be cured completely. Type1 and Type 2 diabetes causes severe impact on individual life. Due to its disorders, the break down of protein and fat into energy were carried out and the glucose breakdown is not carried due to non-production of insulin hormone. Due to only conversion fat and proteins into energy, symptoms like ployuria, polyphegia, and polydipsia and massive weight loss will be caused. In Type 1, Type2 diabetes, they are two types of blood levels. They are hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia. If the blood sugar level is less than 70mg/dl, then it is called as hypoglycemia and if the blood glucose more than 110mg/dl, then it is called as hyperglycemia.

Diabetes causes several health problems: These are the several health risk problems caused by diabetes disorder.

Take less and burn more calories to prevent diabetes from occurrence. This is the best way to fight against the occurrence of diabetes.

Take protein diet food because they contain rich fiber content which burns more calories during intake .This food helps in increasing body metabolism rate. Complex carbs are very rich in fiber so they take longer time to digest and burns more fat calories in the body. Grains, fruits, vegetables and beans come under complex carbs. These rich fiber foods are broken into sugar (glucose) during digestion process to produce energy .Complex carbs delivers tons of mineral, proteins and fatty acids.

Avoid fatty foods. Fat loss foods play a crucial role in reducing fat content and increasing the metabolism rate. As our body responds quickly to the diet controlled nutrition food because it is easy to burn out the fat calories in less time. So changing to the proper food diet will really helps in loosing body fat. And also if you plan to do physical activities along with these fats loss foods will help you to lose more fat within a short period of time.
