Generally losing fat after delivery is not possible, at least after 3 to 4 months of delivery we can plan for fat loss program. After delivery if we try for immediate fat loss, it causes many health related problems .So after delivery please don’t try for heavy workouts. Take doctors advice n losing fat after delivery for losing fat loss safely and healthily.
Don’t ever go for diet programs and physical exercises for the first three months after the delivery time. Just eat healthily to be strong and to maintain steady metabolism rate . After having a full menstrual cycle we can go for fat loss programs.
Best time for planning a fat loss program is after 4 months of the delivery time, because it requires some time to regain strength and stamina after delivery. After delivery don’t try to for vigorous exercises in losing fat rapidly, as it may causes many side effects to the body. During pregnancy time try to do some exercise like walking this is the most effective exercise in bringing back the body weight after delivery. During pregnancy period normally woman gains a weight of 20 – 30 pounds. And lose 13 -15 pounds after delivery time .So the remaining weight should be removed safely and healthily within 5 to 6 months by following these steps.
Drink water regularly: By drinking water regularly can cut out many calories as it works as a natural appetite. Replace sugar based drinks with water to boost up metabolism .
Take healthy snacks and avoid junk foods: Taking healthy snacks really useful in losing fat after delivery time. Please avoid all the junk foods which contain oils and sugars. Avoid pizzas, burgers, desserts and alcohols to maintain steady BMR for losing fat easily. Avoid taking fat foods as they release high calories which take long time to burn by the body. Take the same diet meals regularly with protein content, as our body burns more calories to digest the protein content food. Don’t drink high calorie drinks like cokes, tea, coffee and alcohols as it decreases the metabolism rate. Try to avoid meals for one an entire day in a week to reduce weight with steady metabolism rate.
Eat carbohydrates and protein foods: pasta, baked potatoes, rice, beans, omega-3 fatty acids, broccoli, lemon, orange, grapes, green tea, milk, cheese, roast meat, fish, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds, green peas, oats, Soya beans, Almonds, ,Blueberries, Cabbage , wheat grains and many other items helps in reducing fat because they are rich in fiber content which requires more energy by the body to digest them.

increase the Metabolism rate, which is the process of burning calories required by the body. If the metabolism rate is high in the body then it will be easy to lose weight and if the metabolism rate is low then easy to gain more weight. So, in order to maintain high metabolism rate we have to pan for regular exercises like walking, Aerobic exercises, skipping, jumping, cycling, weight lifting exercise, swimming and sit-ups. So, planning for regular exercise will be really helpful in getting rid of obesity health risks.
Breastfeeding daily: Breastfeeding is must and should, as it reduces fat content in the body. Try to do breastfeeding daily to burn more calories.
Take proper diet control: Generally our body burns the calories for each and every activity .Even if we are in sleep mode our body constantly burn calories to carry blood regulation, digestion, heart beating and other activities. So, eat less calorie content food than your body burn.
Take calorie deficit content to lose fat without exercise. For this you need to plan a less food intake at regular intervals of time. Avoid taking junk foods which contains oil, sugar and flour. Having balance diet will really help in reducing weight loss without any exercises.
Make a track record of your diet and checkout the calories to burn out daily. Have 10-15 glasses of water daily to avoid hunger .It helps in increasing metabolism rate and reduces weight. Losing fat after delivery is good for health but should be done under proper supervision. So, please be careful in losing fat safely and healthily
