Impotence is referred as the inability function of the body to get an erection during sexual intercourse.

Diabetes impotence is one of the male function disorder caused due to prolonged exposure to severe obese by the body. And also the male factor nerve gets damaged due to long obese, which may be a vital factor for causing diabetes impotence.

For a proper erection in the body we need two basic requirements like, effective blood regulation flow in the body and healthy nerves in the penis. So, due to the effect of diabetes disease to the body, the blood regulation and nerve endings will get damaged, so the chance of getting erection was blocked.

Factors contributing for diabetes impotence are:

  • Weak blood vessels
  • Weak blood regulation in the blood
  • Blood sugar control
  • Nerve damage
  • Blood vessel damage

Our day to day activities like smoking, alcohol intakes, lacking of physical activities, lacking of proper diet plan and high blood pressure are also the major factors contributing for diabetes, which are also the effecting factors for the occurrence of diabetes impotence.

Injected drugs are injected directly into the penis for causing blood flow in the penis. Injected drugs like phentolamine, papaverine hydrochloride and prostaglandin are very effective in giving positive output during sexual inter course. These drugs are very useful in treating diabetes impotence.

Psychotherapy: By doing some psychotherapy we can attain stimulation and intimacy during sexual intercourse, psychotherapy treatment causes effective blood regulation in the penis area for making an erection. Psychotherapy treatment is very useful in treating diabetes impotence.

Vacuum devices: vacuum devices are useful in treating impotence .These are mechanical devices used to create vacuum in the penis, to draw some flood in to the penis and make it en-large to create erection. Vacuum devices are very easy to use and it will be helpful in treating impotence at less cost.

Surgeries: Surgeries can also be taken to cause erection during the intercourse.

  • They help in reconstructing the arteries to make an effective blood flow to the penis.
